The Comprehensive Home Energy Audit Program offers a comprehensive approach towards energy efficiency for owners of existing homes. The CHEA program ensures that the audit being performed is done to a high technical standard and is done with quality recommendations in mind. You will benefit from the information that our certified auditors will share with you about your property. The CHEA is the first step CES, Inc. takes towards qualifying your property for further programs.

Eligibility Requirements

Most homes in Central Texas qualify. Please verify that you have an ESI ID on your electric bill before ordering an audit. Renters are also eligible for this program if they have written permission from the property owner. Please see FAQ’s for additional information .
