LEED Services

CES, Inc. has LEEP APs on staff to help your project through the whole process of new construction. LEED incorporates all five phases of construction.

Pre-design: We work with your design team to ensure the project will meet all minimum requirements of LEED

Design: Consulting services to maximize your LEED credits.

Construction: During the construction of your project you will encounter many questions about LEED credits that you are attempting to achieve. We are able to assist you in negotiating those gray areas.

Acceptance: You will need to have multiple Envelope and IR surveying services performed; we will provide those services on time and with value.

Post Acceptance: Many LEED credits require ongoing QA/QC. We work with your company to execute your QA/QC process.
